After completing her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University, Cathy worked as a kinesiologist with several Active Release Technique (ART) practitioners, which developed her love of using soft tissue techniques to aid in the healing process. She went on to do her Master’s of Physiotherapy at the University of British Columbia in 2014.
