Michelle completed her undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia and received her Bachelor of Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology.
Michelle has been involved in physical activity and sports her whole life as she has participated in competitive dance, volleyball,
snowboarding, and weight lifting. She has many personal experiences with active rehabilitation due to various injuries in the past.
Therefore, she is able to integrate her personal experiences with active rehabilitation with her educational knowledge to help educate clients on the importance of technique. Her interests lie in injury prevention and management. Michelle hopes to help clients set and achieve their goals, overcome injuries, restore functionality, and minimize pain.
