To begin, you can take cues from professional athletes and build your very own body maintenance team. As you know, athletes have a team of trainers who monitor an athletes performance and make sure they don’t wear their bodies out. Your team would be a sports therapy team, which can include a chiropractor, an active release specialist, a physiotherapist and a sports massage specialist. Now with your very own personal wellness “dream team”, you will be able to stay active, reduce injury and or remain injury free.
