Approach

Nicole is interested in the biopsychosocial model and understanding the effects of massage therapy on the nervous system. Her treatment approach is simply to treat people in a way that feels both good and effective to them, whether that means using a gentle touch or deep pressure, including or excluding particular techniques, being an active or passive participant in the treatment, engaging in conversation or enjoying an hour of silence. Your goals are her goals.

Nicole understands that living a pain-free life is not realistic for everyone and enjoys supporting those living with chronic pain.

About

Nicole currently works part-time so that she can spend time with her
young daughters.
